BEN receives funding for an ERASMUS+ project

How to organize long-term volunteer projects in ecovillages? Training session at Suderbyn led by Ulrike Schimmel.

European Voluntary Service (EVS) gives young people the opportunity to express their personal commitment through full-time voluntary work in a foreign country within or outside the EU. Long-term EVS volunteers can benefit each other and contribute to sustainability work in Europe!

BEN received funding under ERASMUS + Young and Active mobility program of the European Union to run a training session for youth leaders from ecovillages on how to create and run successful EVS projects. The training will take place between May 7th-13th at Suderbyn ecovillage in Sweden.

Suderbyn has a long experience of receiving EVS-volunteers and together with Ulrike Schimmel from GEN-Europe will share it with the participants. The partnership is set, and we will update on the eventual news about the project.
